I stayed at this hotel for trip, it was a very delightful stay. The property was delightful and clean with pleasant views across the park. The location was marvellous and particularly good, just a pleasant stroll away from Plaza del Toural. An open market and a market were right next door. The staff was obliging and nice, everything was great.

Stunning location not far from the old city walls, the Catedral and the shopping, restaurants, bars, market and platform, it's central.

The hotel was newly renovated and fairly clean with hard-working and genuinely professional staff members. The room was well presented and compact with a balcony and view to an inside garden very peaceful plus shower.

The breakfast was sensational with local food and yoghurt, as for instance, and the facilities were beautiful. The great and kind staff who provided assistance at every request provided all the necessary info.

Compact and generous-sized rooms, the views of the lovely garden were magnificent. The breakfast was generous and hot and all the food was good. The hotel was in a central setting near Santiago cathedral.

Everything was perfect, breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were EXCELLENT and amicable as well, would return there. The location was marvellous and good, close to Praza de Abastos. Liked our such wonderful stay with fantastic location and value for money.

Fairly clean and quaint place with so very friendly staff who provided assistance at every request. Well-maintained room, compact, with a garden view, free WiFi and beautiful covered balconies. Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Tourism Office. Set really close to the train station, good value restaurants and the important areas in the perfectly safe area.

Old monastery, original features, tasteful decoration. Spacious, clean, comfy rooms. Fabulous location, 1 min from main market for fresh seafood. Breakfast with good selection. Friendly staff.

Great location by the market, near the contemporary art museum and easy, short walk into the centre. Lovely garden to have a break in. Comfortable rooms. Internt room so no need to use unsecure wifi on your own machine!

An excellent hotel: very helpful and pleasant staff, good value (especially if you have continental breakfast in the bar - only 5 euros each as compared with over 10 for the full buffet breakfast), and good location for the historic city centre. The courtyard/garden that the modern part of the hotel overlooks is charming, and very quiet considering the hotel's location on the busy main road that runs round the edge of the old city.

Nothing that we disliked

The hotel had a charming old-fashioned charm that we really enjoyed. The rustic decor and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Our room had a lovely view of the peaceful inside garden, providing a quiet and relaxing ambiance. The wifi connection was strong, which was a plus. While the hotel was situated away from the tourist areas, it was just a short walk to all the areas of interest. The location allowed us to escape the tourist madness and enjoy a more authentic experience. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its cozy atmosphere and convenient location.

Behind the stone facade at the front there was a beautiful hotel with a peaceful garden, and shaded rooms which were furnished with lovely old wooden features. The rooms had plenty of space and were tastefully decorated and were a treat to return to at the end of a day siteseeing.
